5. Quality Guarantee and Warranty
Manufacturing Standards
All products undergo rigorous quality control including raw material testing (RoHS, REACH compliance), precision manufacturing with ±0.1mm accuracy, performance testing for 15-day standby and 12+ hour continuous use, and 100% factory inspection following ISO 2859 sampling standards.
Warranty Coverage
We provide comprehensive warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, material failures, and performance issues. Warranty terms are specified in individual purchase agreements and vary based on product specifications and order volume.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary designs, technologies, and manufacturing processes developed by Aiglassly remain our intellectual property. Custom designs created specifically for clients under OEM/ODM agreements are subject to separate intellectual property terms outlined in individual contracts.
Clients retain rights to their brand elements, logos, and specifications integrated into custom products. We respect and protect all client intellectual property and maintain strict confidentiality agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aiglassly's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the warranty period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific products in question. This limitation applies except where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
